I am very satisfied with the whole Bluesound system, including the app. Very intuitive and easy to use. Unfortunately it does not allow album shuffle (playing a full album and randomly starting another album from a chosen library), which in my opinion is a big lack. I hope this function will in included in the next updates.

Love the latest version!!! Youve added whats been on my wishlist for some time!! The ability to equalize the volume levels in a stereo pair and then use one master volume slider.....great job and thanks for making such a great product and app!

Huge improvement, I have to say that I dont miss Sonos at all. Keep it up Bluesound.

Great new features and update. Listening to way more music since I bought my vault. Well done bluesound! Slacker and tidal are my go to services.

Some bad moments

This app makes me want to return the speakers despite my love of the look and sound quality of the speakers... I dont even know where to begin! Youd think theyd provide better software at this price point.

I use Tidal and Spotify. Spotify allows users to connect directly to Node, which is really convenient. Should do the same for Tidal. This app is just horrendous to use. Give users the option to choose how they like to play songs.

The speaker works for two days then stops and cannot reconnect. Emailed bluesound they do not reply. Sorry I ever bought this thing.

Ive jest bought new Vault. Hardware is great but app... disaster. Please "clone" Sonos or Deezer apps if one cannot create something intuitive and functional.

Not intuitive, hard to use, hard to navigate through basic functions, not reliable. Pls improve it. How can you give ppl such a horrible product in 2016

This product was released at CES in Vegas. The problem however is you cant buy the hardware (in the states). Useless app without the hardware.
