I am very satisfied with the whole Bluesound system, including the app. Very intuitive and easy to use. Unfortunately it does not allow album shuffle (playing a full album and randomly starting another album from a chosen library), which in my opinion is a big lack. I hope this function will in included in the next updates.

Its annoying that every other day, the app forget your player, and sometimes it does find your actual one, but others you have to go trough all the process

This app makes me want to return the speakers despite my love of the look and sound quality of the speakers... I dont even know where to begin! Youd think theyd provide better software at this price point.

I use Tidal and Spotify. Spotify allows users to connect directly to Node, which is really convenient. Should do the same for Tidal. This app is just horrendous to use. Give users the option to choose how they like to play songs.

App is useless if your Vault 2 is not hard wired to the Internet. BestBuy had told me that I could use the Vault 2 as a CD player even when not connected to the Internet, but this is not the case. It has to be hard wired in and you have to have it recognized in Bluetooth on your device & as a Player in the app. The Bluetooth connection & Player in the app disappear all the time. Have to keep going in to reset. I know Bluetooth is short distance but this send to be very tight. But when is working seems to be ok.

Love the latest version!!! Youve added whats been on my wishlist for some time!! The ability to equalize the volume levels in a stereo pair and then use one master volume slider.....great job and thanks for making such a great product and app!

Huge improvement, I have to say that I dont miss Sonos at all. Keep it up Bluesound.

This app does a fine job at controlling the Bluesound products (using a Node myself), however it could do with a redesign of the UI. There are several text strings that cant be read because they are too long and get truncated (for instance, setting the power-off timing delay is useless, as the different values cant be read). The French localization is very poor (if you guys want help with this, Im willing and able). And please, have the UI redesigned so that it runs at native resolution on the 6/6plus iPhones, theyve been out for a year now...

Great new features and update. Listening to way more music since I bought my vault. Well done bluesound! Slacker and tidal are my go to services.

The speaker works for two days then stops and cannot reconnect. Emailed bluesound they do not reply. Sorry I ever bought this thing.

Ive jest bought new Vault. Hardware is great but app... disaster. Please "clone" Sonos or Deezer apps if one cannot create something intuitive and functional.

Not intuitive, hard to use, hard to navigate through basic functions, not reliable. Pls improve it. How can you give ppl such a horrible product in 2016

This product was released at CES in Vegas. The problem however is you cant buy the hardware (in the states). Useless app without the hardware.

Installed version 1.8.0 on iPad. Get the push message to update to 1.8.2 but never updates, always fails at the end with message cannot connect to server. My network is fine with fios, issue is with the app. On their website the bug page has no submit button for iPad. Super Irritating. Current app works ok with a few issues. can be improved. Should allow manually editing album/track names because sometimes cd is not detected correctly. Also option to update cover art from app should be provided. At 1k the product is expensive and the app doesnt reflect that.please put in the effort and fix it.

Hardly works and the node coasts way to much

Really like the concept and the sound quality on the pulse is great. But there is no way to add songs to a queue, to browse by genre, or by folder. Cant even put the thing on standby. Could do with some more streaming services specially google all access.

Best music management app yet. I can stream Spotify and listen to High Res downloads from HDTracks on my Vault. Well thought out app and awesome sound quality. Very affordable for this high level of performance. Previous posters obviously never used the app!

Obviously, you need the Bluesound hardware to use this app. 5 stars for the Bluesound Vault, but 4 stars for the iPhone app due to uneven Bluetooth performance on my iPhone 5S. Outstanding tech support is available.

This app is great. It is intuitive, and runs smoothly. No bugs. The company keeps updating it to add features and additional music services. Bluesounds customer support is very responsive and helpful. Contrary to another review, the app is not "alpha" quality. It is a fully mature app, that I have been using for nine months now. You CAN add songs to the play queue. You CAN browse albums and songs by genre. You CAN both create or import playlists. You CAN browse by folder (although Im not sure why you would want to do that, when there are artist, album, and song views. All the way around, Bluesound is a fantastic music system and app to go with it. I own a Node attached to my music system, and a Powernode in my home office with some bookshelf speakers, and am extremely happy with the quality of the system. I highly recommend Bluesounds products.
